Attention Stargazers: Astronomy Class Begins Friday

For $7, you can learn about what you see when you look up at night. The City of Eden Prairie will host a class Friday, Aug. 30, at the Staring Lake Observatory beginning at 9 p.m.

According to the City’s website, residents can check out the summer stars and constellations. If it is clear , the roof will be open and the telescope pointed up.

An astronomer will be on staff to decipher the stars, and explain  what you see.
