City Hosting Group Trip to Twins Game Next Month

Edina kids (between 8 and 14 years old) interested in taking in a Twins game next month can do so for a heck of a good deal.

The Parks and Recreation department is organizing a group trip to see the Twins take on the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday, July 19.

For $24, children can enjoy right field bleacher seats, bus transporation and supervision from Edina staff members. The bus leaves from at 11:30 a.m. on July 19, then returns at 3:45 p.m. the same day.

Interested parties simply need to stop in at the to pay and register for the game.

Kids can also register and pay at playgrounds around the city this summer. Online registration is not available for the game.

Registration for the game is due by Wednesday, June 27, to interested kids are encouraged to move quickly.
