Drama May Be Closing, But Owners Not Giving Up

Well-known Edina boutique Drama is closing.

All merchandise is being sold at a discount, and the sales will get even bigger until the business locks the doors for the last time on July 28.

According to Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine, though, the store's owner is not giving up.

“The landscape of retail has changed quite a bit since we first concepted Drama,” the owner told the magazine. “Not only in the way the average consumer spends, but also the availability of merchandise online.”

The magazine says the owner has already started working on her next venture.
