Two other drivers were also taken to the hospital for injuries they suffered in the crash. The driver said he was hit by another car as he swerved to avoid a head-on crash with Rogers’ SUV, police said.

Rogers was serving a 25-year probation sentence for a felony drug-dealing conviction in October 2019 in Clay County at the time of the crash, the Star Tribune reported.
