Edina Chorale Prepares for Fall Concert Series

The choir will be performing Winter Wonderland, Bach, Handel, Gabrieli and more.

Edina Chorale, the 100-singer strong choir, is planning three concerts this fall at the Edina Galleria, Friendship Village in Bloomington and the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis.

The choir's director, Thomas Paulson, spoke recently about his favorite composers, the Edina chorale's history and more.

What songs will you be performing this season?
Winter Wonderland is dedicated to the wonderful music and poetry of the season – music of Rutter, Thompson, Whitacre and popular favorites Winter Wonderland and Let it Snow. BaroqueFest celebrates that most ornate period of music – Bach, Handel, Gabrieli and the afore mentioned Leonarda. At the Movies celebrates all the great songs that make going to the movies great!
