According to Gordon’s human, Gordon must have gotten into some river rocks in the garden, but only Gordon would be able to explain why he chose to eat rocks when great food is always accessible.
Dr. Jeff Yu, a board-certified veterinary surgeon with BluePearl, performed the two-hour operation.

"You don’t see too many dogs that eat this many rocks usually,” said Yu. “Most dogs will stop after one or two, but Gordon certainly had quite the hankering for some rocks.”
The surgery to remove the rocks was successful, and Gordon is expected to make a full recovery.
