Edina Insurance Agent Recognized for Customer Service

Edina-based insurance agent Sam Hanna, who runs the office at 6750 France Ave. S., has been recognized by the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Insurance Agency Program for providing an outstanding customer service experience.

"Consumers expect value from insurance agents, as they do from any other service providers," said Dan Schultz, American Family president and chief operating officer. "This award helps consumers to identify the best of the best, with respect to customer service and customer satisfaction."

Hanna has been an agent with American Family since January 2008.

The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process including a customer satisfaction survey. Agencies performing in the top 20 percent nationally are eligible to become a Distinguished Insurance Agency.
