Edina Man Caught with Marijuana at Valley View Middle School
Police also arrested a St. Paul man who tried to steal a bottle of cologne from the Southdale Center Herberger's store.

Monday, Feb. 11
- A 16-year-old boy was arrested for theft after attempting to steal $315 in clothing from the Southdale Center JCPenney.
- Donald Leon Mustin, 43, of St. Paul, was arrested for theft after attempting to steal cologne valued at $139 from the Southdale Center Herberger's.
- Steven Frank Anderson, 37, of Edina, was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana at Valley View Middle School.
- Police responded to 3940 50th Street on a report of fraud. An unidentified suspect used fraudulent cards to purchase $1,758.96 in groceries and miscellaneous merchandise.
- Police responded to the Southdale YMCA on a report of theft. An unknown suspect stole $270 in cash from a secured locker in the men's locker room.
- James Allen Kamp, 26, of Bloomington, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop near 77th Street and Hwy. 100.

- Police responded to the 6600 block of France Avenue on a report of a man taking pictures of a building.
- Police responded to the 7100 block of France Avenue on a report of a found computer.
Wednesday, Feb. 13
- Police responded to the 6600 block of Mohawk Trail on a report of theft. The resident called to report an unknown person stole jewelry and personal documents back in July 2012.
- Eric John Fretland, 25, of Edina, was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop at near Chapel Lane and Valley View Road.

- Police responded to the 5900 block of Vernon Avenue on a report of a verbal domestic disturbance.
