Expect a Hot, Humid, Breezy Tuesday
Excessive heat warning, wind advisory in effect for much of the day today.

An excessive heat warning remains in effect for Edina as well as much of Hennepin County until 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The National Weather Service's Chanhassen office said the hot, humid conditions we've seen the past few days will prevail over the area today through this evening. Temperatures are expected to climb well into the 90s, potentially hitting 100 degrees for a few hours in some locations.
As a result, the National Weather Service suggests people to try to stay inside and use air conditioning, as the risk of heat-related stress and illness is greatly heightened at this time. People that do have to go outside for extended periods are advised to drink plenty of fluids.
