Fulton Beer Dinner at Pinstripes and Health Care Reform Forum

Here's our rundown on events and activities in Edina this Tuesday.

  • At 7 p.m. Pinstripes is hosting a beer dinner featuring Fulton Beer:

As one of its popular ‘on draft’ specials, Pinstripes welcomes
Fulton Beer this July for an unforgettable beer dinner. What started in a neighborhood garage in Minneapolis has now turned into a brewery complete with a tap room and brewery tours known to Minnesota as Fulton.  The flavor-forward artisan beer creators will be pouring their hand-selected brews as Chef Cesar Gutierrez highlights the flavor profiles of the craft beers with a menu specially created for the evening.  Showcasing a medley of summer tastes, the menu includes seasonal produce and ingredients. Fulton Beer brand ambassadors will join the evening festivities to discuss the brewery’s attributes and brewing process. (Details on the menu are available on the event page.)
  • A health care reform forum will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Davanni's Pizza meeting room.

Manny Muinson-Regala, Assistant to the Minnesota State Health Commissioner, will speak at Senate District 49 Democrats Forum concerning the new health care program which be available to citizens of Minnesota in 2014.  Come at 6:30 pm to order food and socialize.  The program starts at 7:00 pm with time for questions and community dialogue. If you are wondering how the health care reforms will affect you and Minnesota, come to hear from a person who, being involved in implementing the reform, can meet your concerns.
  • Centennial Lakes Park is hosting two performances:

    - Wiggle, Jiggle Jam, Noon, in the Maetzold Amphitheater (in case of rain, will be moved indoors to Edinborough Park)

    - Sidewalk Cafe Duo, 7 pm (this performance will take place near the Hughes Pavilion, along the walkway)
