Hundreds of Dollars in Flowers Stolen from Cemetery
Police also responded to reports of a stolen GMC Yukon, then later recovered the vehicle.

Monday, May 28
- A 15-year-old girl and two 14-year-old girls were arrested for a curfew violation in the 4900 block of West 77th Street.
- Police responded to the intersection of Bluff Circle and Kelsey Terrace on a report of a found bicycle.
- Police responded to on a report of theft. The victim told officers they had left a cell phone and wallet and contents valued at $850 in a secured locker at the gym when an unknown suspect stole them.
- Police responded to the 4100 block of Parklawn Avenue on a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim told officers a $20,000 GMC Yukon was taken from the residence by an unknown suspect. The vehicle was later recovered, according to police.
- Police responded to on a report of theft. An employee told police an unidentified male selected, concealed and left the store without paying for clothing items valued at $230.
- Police responded to the on a report of theft. Reports said an unknown person stole flowers valued at $219.64 from the cemetery.
- A 14-year-old male was arrested for theft after a JC Penney employee observed him attempt to steal clothing valued at $20 from the store.
- Jolanda Elaine Deane-Orthley, 19, of Minneapolis, was arrested for theft after a Herberger's employee observed her attempt to steal clothing valued at $60 from the store.
- Danny Lee Berg, 22, of Richfield, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after he had contact with officers in the 4300 block of West 66th Street.

- Police responded to the 6300 block of Josephine Avenue on a report of possible identity theft.
- Police responded to on a report of theft. The victim told police an unknown suspect stole her cell phone from her purse while she was at the business. The phone was valued at $249.99.
- Police responded to the intersection of Tracy Avenue and Olinger Boulevard on a report of a found bicycle.
