iPad Taken from Valley View, Teenagers Caught with Alcohol

A 17-year-old also led police in a car chase down Highway 100.

Friday, May 25

  • Police responded to the CVS Pharmacy on a report of prescription forgery.
  • Police responded to the 7300 block of Oaklawn Avenue on a report of a stolen bicycle valued at $650. An unknown person entered the victim's garage and stole the bike.
  • Two 16-year-old boys were arrested for underage possession of alcohol. Police received reports of two juveniles drinking alcohol near the intersection of Parklawn Avenue and Parklawn Court and officers responded to find the teenagers in possession of alcoholic beverages.

  • Police responded to on a report of theft. An unknown person entered a classroom at the middle school and stole an iPad valued at $828.85.
  • Police responded to on a report of a found bicycle.
  • A 17-year-old boy was arrested for fleeing police after leading officers in a car chase down Hwy. 100.
