EDINA, MN — A 42-year-old Lester Prairie man died in a crash on Highway 62 in Edina that stemmed from a medical situation, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.Just before 6 a.m. on Sunday, a 2003 Honda Civic was traveling eastbound on Highway 62 approaching Gleason Road. The Honda drifted off the road to the left and hit the median barrier, causing minor damage to the vehicle before it came to a stop in the left lane, investigators said.Information on the victim is set to be released on Monday evening.
