Thursday, May 17

• Police responded to the on a report of an attempted burglary. No arrests were made.

• Police responded to the parking lot on a report of an abandoned stolen vehicle.

• Police responded to a storage shed at on a report of stolen aluminum frames valued at $7,835.

• A 17-year-old male was arrested for theft after JC Penney employees observed him attempt to steal clothing valued at $30 from the store.

• A 16-year-old male was arrested for theft after JC Penney employees observed him attempt to steal clothing valued at $272 from the store.

• Police responded to the 7300 block of Gallagher Drive on a report of a theft from a vehicle. An umbrella, cell phone charger, cell phone adapter, sunglasses and CDs valued at $541 were taken from the vehicle.

Friday, May 18

• Police responded to the 4600 block of Edina Boulevard on a report of a stolen bicycle valued at $129.

• Police responded to the 5000 block of Arden Avenue on a report of a verbal domestic.

• Police responded to the 5300 block of Oaklawn Avenue on a report of a found backpack.

Saturday, May 19

• Alicia Jo Hall, 23, of Inver Grove Heights, was arrested for 2nd Degree DWI. Police responded to reports of a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway near the . Hall was subsequently arrested for DWI.

• Police responded to the 5100 block of Richmond Circle on a report of an unknown person scratching the paint on a victim's vehicle.

• Police responded to the 300 block of Washington Avenue South on a report of a stolen planer and camera valued at $400. The thief entered the victim's garage and took the items, according to police.

• Police responded to on a report of theft. An unknown person entered a locker room at the arena and reportedly stole an iPhone and headphones valued at $449.99.

Sunday, May 20

• Toni Ann Olmstead, 60, of Bloomington, was arrested for theft after employees observed her attempt to steal clothing valued at $137.

• Police responded to the 6200 block of France Avenue South on a report of two unidentified males stealing a wallet and cell phone valued at $122 from a victim.

• Police responded to the 7300 block of Gallagher Drive on a report of an unknown person forcibly entering a residence and stealing jewelry, a camera, a laptop and headphones valued at $3,120.

• Police responded to the 4200 block of Parklawn Avenue on a report of an unknown person entering a residence and stealing shoes, a laptop, a watch, a cell phone and a computer mouse valued at $1,670.
