Police Seek Suspect Who Smashed City Hall Window
Officers also responded to Edina Tire & Auto on a report of two stolen catalytic converters valued at $2,000.

Monday, June 11
- Police responded to the parking lot of on a report of a theft. An unknown person forcibly entered the victim's vehicle and stole two laptops, a camera and briefcase valued at $2,500 in total.
- A 16-year-old male was arrested for theft after employees observed him attempt to steal clothing valued at $48.99 from the store.
- Police responded to the 7200 block of York Avenue South on a report of a disturbance.

- Police responded to on a report of on a report of theft. An unknown person reportedly cut off two catalytic converters from vehicles parked at the auto shop. The parts are valued at $2,000.
- Police responded to on a report of property damage. An unknown suspect reportedly threw a rock through a window at City Hall, breaking the window.
- Police responded to on a report of theft. An unknown person stole a wallet and its contents valued at $117 from a woman's purse while she was at the restaurant.
- Police responded to the 4700 block of Lakeview Drive on a report of a stolen license plate valued at $20.
- Denita Raeann Lagrade, 39, and Miranda Evelyn Pacheco, 31, both of Minneapolis, were arrested for theft after an employee observed them select, conceal and leave the store without paying for $735.10 in clothing. They were later located at and apprehended by Edina Police.
- Aneeqa Waqar, 28, of Richfield, was arrested for theft after employees observed her attempt to steal a dress and top valued at $114.49 from the store.
- Police responded to the 7600 block of York Avenue South on a report of a burglary. An unknown person forcibly entered the victim's residence and stole property valued at $1,330.
Wednesday, June 13
- Adam Powell Distel, 23, of Bloomington, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, providing a false name to police and driving after suspension after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation in the 5500 block of Hwy. 100.
- Police responded to the 4100 block of Parklawn Avenue on a report of possible identity theft.
