Forecasts indicate snow is likely to return to Edina on Thursday afternoon, with several inches possible. There is an 90 percent chance of precipitation Thursday in Edina, according to the NWS.

City ordinances ban residents from parking on Edina streets from 1-6 a.m. every morning from Nov. 1 until April 1.

Residents must also remove their vehicles from Edina streets if at least 1.5 inches of snow fall. Vehicles must remain off city streets until they are fully plowed.
