The store is located on the far east side of the Yorkdale Shoppes, in the same area as the Cub Foods, Caribou Coffee and Chipotle on York Avenue. A grand opening event is planned for April 20, set to include "family-friendly activities and giveaways." The store's hours of operation are as follows: <ul> <li>9 a.m.-9 p.m., Mondays-Fridays</li> <li>9 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturdays</li> <li>11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sundays</li> </ul> Chuck and Don's Pet Food Outlet was founded by Charles "Chuck" Anderson and Don Tauer, who met through owning, training and showing dogs.
