Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

A third-floor apartment fire led to the evacuation of dozens of Bridgewood Apartments residents Monday afternoon. No one was injured in the fire, according to preliminary reports given by the Inver Grove Heights Police Department, but firefighters from at least two departments were still on the scene at 1:45pm today.
