Elected by the members, Hunt supports marketing, club-building, and member and club retention for more than 5,300 Toastmasters in the district looking to improve their leadership and speaking skills.  Hunt is a strong leader in the district. Prior to this, he served as Division Governor, Area Governor and President of his club. He has earned several Toastmasters awards, including Toastmaster of the Year, Escalate Toastmasters (2008-2009); Rivers Division Area Governor of the Year, (2010-2011); and Distinguished Toastmaster (2011), which is the highest award Toastmasters bestows, recognizing both communication and leadership skills.  Escalate Toastmasters in Eagan serves as Hunt's home Toastmasters club. He joined Toastmasters in 2008 as a way to better understand his personal leadership style and help mentor others as they work to improve their communication and leadership skills.
