Roger E. Johnsen

Age 74, of Lakeville, MN, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2012 surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Emma Johnsen; aunts and uncles, Elmer and Mabel Olson, Betty and Al Malanfant and Hilda and Edward Lauer; Roger is survived by his son, Roger R. (Tracy); his daughter, Nicole Johnsen; former wife and caregiver, Kay Buntin; cousins and many friends.

A special "Thank You" to the Health Partners Hospice team, especially Beverly, his case manager, and Diana, his nursing assistant, and to Terry and Judy Bell and the entire staff at Senior Helpers for all of their care throughout Roger's illness. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 17 at 1:30 PM in Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, MN with his visitation Monday, April 16 from 5-7 PM in the Mortuary and one hour prior to the service in the Mortuary. Interment is in Sunset Cemetery.
