• Koznick applauds major transportation wins for south metro (hometownsource.com) — Lakeville drivers can expect major safety and congestion improvements thanks to new MnDOT funding for the County Road 50/5 interchange at I-35 and other south metro projects. Rep. Jon Koznick highlights wins for Lakeville, Elko New Market, and nearby communities, including upgrades to Highway 13 and Dakota County roads that will boost mobility, freight movement, and future growth.
   

• Bulldogs use power play to sweep Lindenwood (duluthnewstribune.com) — Lakeville hockey fans have a hometown connection in net as goaltender Ethan Dahlmeir, from Lakeville, helped Minnesota Duluth complete an 8-4 sweep of Lindenwood in Duluth. The Bulldogs’ potent power play struck for four goals, capping a dominant nonconference run and setting them up strongly for a return push to the NCAA tournament.
