• Lakeville caps a busy year for development (hometownsource.com) — Lakeville saw a huge year of growth in 2025, with $381 million in building permits, major commercial projects, and hundreds of new homes and townhomes approved. Dozens of new or expanded businesses opened across the city, from restaurants and clinics to childcare, fitness, and retail.
