David Emmeck of Maple Grove, Minn. graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul during the graduate programs commencement ceremony held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Concordia's Gangelhoff Center.
Emmeck graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree.
