Anoka Police Officer Dies Suddenly At His Home
Eric Groebner, a member of the Anoka Police Department since 2013, leaves behind a wife and two young children.
ANOKA, MN — Anoka officer Eric Groebner died suddenly at his home on Wednesday, the city's police force announced. Officials did not release additional information on his death.
Groebner, a member of the Anoka Police Department since 2013, leaves behind a wife and two children, ages 5 and 8.

"If you ever met Officer Groebner you would immediately know you had a lifelong friend," a post on the Anoka Police Department's Facebook page reads.
"He was truly the best of us. A Father, Husband, Son, Brother, Friend and an exceptional Police Officer. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed."
