Maple Grove Residents to Open Gigi’s Cupcakes in Golden Valley

If you're wondering when one of Golden Valley's newest businesses, Gigi’s Cupcakes, will be opening -- your wait might soon be over. 

According to owner and Maple Grove resident Jamie Clayborn, the tenative opening date at the Golden Valley Commons (Highway 55 and Olson Memorial Highway) location is March 21, 2013  

The business also announced on its Facebook page Feb. 23 that they are hiring, stating: 

We are accepting applications to work at Gigi's, email us at GoldenValleyMN@gigiscupcakesusa.com if interested or know anyone who may be!

Golden Valley's Gigi’s Cupcakes, a franchise business, is owned by Aaron and Jamie Clayborn of Maple Grove.

The Golden Valley Gigi’s Cupcakes location will have 13-15 employees and is considered the 82nd location for the business nationwide. Gigi’s Cupcakes was founded in 2008 by Gigi Butler in Nashville, TN.

As for prices, each cupcake will be $3.25; a dozen will run for $36.
