Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop Celebrates 25 Years

As part of a year long recognition of the 25^th anniversary of Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop, the business will be having a one-day only Founder’s Day menu, selling select items for their original 1988 price.

From opening to 3 p.m. on Jan. 23, all Erbert & Gerbert’s locations will offer all classic sandwiches for $2.25, while specialty sandwiches will cost $3.25, according to the Erbert & Gerbert’s website.

“The 25th anniversary is a huge milestone, and we wouldn’t be here without the loyalty of our guests,” said Chuck Schwalbe, director of marketing for Erbert & Gerbert’s on the company website. “What better way to kick off 2013 and show our customers we care than rolling the prices on our most popular sandwiches back to the day we started?”

In Maple Grove and Plymouth, the sandwich shop has operated for about five years. The Maple Grove location on Main Street opened in February 2009. The Plymouth location at 10160 6th Ave. N. opened September 2008.

There are approximately 50 Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop locations nationwide.
