Maple Grove Students Named to University of Kansas Fall 2012 Honor Roll

Both Maple Grove Senior High and Wayzata High School graduates made the list.

More than 4,450 undergraduate students at the University of Kansas earned honor roll distinction for the fall 2012 semester. The students, from KU's Lawrence campus and the schools of Allied Health and Nursing in Kansas City, Kan., represent 97 of 105 Kansas counties, 41 other states and 39 other countries.

The honor roll comprises undergraduates who meet requirements in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and in the schools of allied health; architecture, design and planning; business; education; engineering; journalism; music; nursing; pharmacy; and social welfare.

Mackenzie Litt, of Maple Grove. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Pamela Litt of Maple Grove. She attended Maple Grove Senior High School. Litt is a sophomore at KU and was named to the honor roll for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Anthony Mason, of Maple Grove. He is the son of Robert and Patricia Mason of Maple Grove. He attended Wayzata High School. Mason is a sophomore at KU and was named to the honor roll for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Faithful Okuyemi, of Maple Grove. She is the daughter of Kolawole and Funke Okuyemi of Maple Grove. She attended Wayzata High School. Okuyemi is a freshman at KU and was named to the honor roll for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
