More Snow Headed For Maple Grove: When, How Much To Expect

MAPLE GROVE, MN — Another round of snow is likely to hit Maple Grove on Tuesday, with forecasters calling for several inches to fall by Wednesday morning.

The arctic cold will arrive again on Thursday when the low is predicted to hit 17 degrees below zero.

A chance of flurries between noon and 3 p.m., then a slight chance of snow after 3 p.m. Patchy fog between 8 a.m. and noon. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 31. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Tuesday night
Snow. Patchy blowing snow after 2 a.m. Low around 8. Blustery, with a light and variable wind becoming northwest 15 to 20 mph in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Wednesday
Snow likely before noon, then flurries likely after noon. Patchy blowing snow before 3 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 7 by 5 p.m. Blustery, with a northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
