New 182-Unit Senior Living Community Coming to Maple Grove

Construction on the first phase of the construction project is expected to begin in September.

There's a new senior living facility coming to Maple Grove. Construction workers should start building it in September.

The 182-unit senior community will be at the intersection of Weaver Lake Road and Main Street, according to the Osseo-Maple Grove Press.

The Maple Grove City Council approved the development on July 15.

The four-story building will include:

  • 102 independent-living apartments
  • 32 assisted-living apartments
  • 48 memory-care units
  • Health and Fitness Center
