Dr. Prem Kumar and his brother plan a major renovation and will manage the properties themselves, potentially strengthening business ties between Maple Grove’s professional community and the east-metro hotel market.
   

4. Minnesota DHS issues 'payment withhold' to ICS provider that was focus of 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS' reporting (kstp.com) — State human services officials have temporarily paused Medicaid payments to a Maple Grove care provider in the Integrated Community Supports program while concerns about billed services are reviewed. The move follows earlier complaints and testimony about whether vulnerable Minnesotans were receiving the level of daily support they were supposed to get.
   

5. Fines 1-1-26 (jacksoncountypilot.com) — A recent roundup of Minnesota traffic and minor driving violations includes a Maple Grove resident cited for speeding among drivers from several other cities and states.
