Osseo Area Schools Test Below State Averages On Science, Math, Reading
The scores show that local students are still trying to catch up following three years of COVID-19-related disruptions.
MAPLE GROVE, MN — Osseo Area Schools underperformed state averages on reading, math, and science tests given last spring, according to results released by the Minnesota Department of Education last week.
The annual tests measure how many students in a certain grade are "proficient" in a particular subject. In Osseo Area Schools, students performed worse on the proficiency tests in all three categories than the statewide average.

Due to lower performance, nine Osseo Area schools were added to the state's "accountability" list.
