Osseo Topples STMA in Girls Section Volleyball Game
The close game matchup between the #2 and #3 seed ended in a trip to the section finals for Osseo Senior High.
The #3 seed St. Michael-Albertville High School and #2 seed Osseo Senior High girls volleyball team met up Wednesday, Oct. 31 at Blaine High School in Section 5AAA action. The match up was the first time St. Michael-Albertville made it past the quarterfinal round in two years.
The score of the Halloween game ended up with Osseo earning the win: 3-2 (25-18, 19-25, 22-25, 25-18, 15-7).
Osseo moves onto the section finals against #1 seed Blaine High School 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3 at Anoka High School for the Section 5AAA championship game.
