Prescription Forgery: Maple Grove Arrest Report

The following arrest information was supplied by the Maple Grove Police Department in an adult arrest report for arrests made between Dec. 1-7. It does not indicate charges or a conviction.

• A 26-year-old Andover woman was arrested for third-degree DWI, third-degree DWI one aggravating factor, third-degree DWI criminal penalty and careless driving on Dec. 1 on Hemlock Lane and I-694.
• A 28-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested for damage to property, third-degree DWI and third-degree DWI criminal penalty on Dec. 1 on Elm Creek Blvd North and Weaver Lake Road.
• A 24-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested for using toxic substances for intoxication on Dec. 2 at 99 Place North and Union Terrace Lane North.
• A 36-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested for shoplifting less than $500 and served a trespass notice on Dec. 2 on the 8080 block of Wedgewood Lane North.
• A 24-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested fourth-degree DWI, fourth-degree DWI criminal penalty, careless driving and window tint too dark on Dec. 3 on Elm Creek Blvd and Maple Knoll.
• A 47-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for shoplifting less than $500, driving after revocation and served a trespass notice on Dec. 3 on the 8080 block of Wedgewood Lane North on the 9450 block of Dunkirk Lane North.
• A 30-year-old Corcoran was arrested for controlled substance forged or altered prescriptions on Dec. 6 on the 9870 block of Hospital Drive N.
