Residential Burglaries, School Building Spray Painted: Maple Grove Police Blotter

There were also several theft reports.

The following is a synopsis of several incidents that occurred in Maple Grove during the week of May 24 through May 30, 2013 as provided by the Maple Grove Police Department. For additional details, check out the Maple Grove website crime mapping section.     

Theft

  • 9200 block of Forestview Lane. Report of UPS packages stolen from front doorstep of residence May 24. 
  • 13300 block of Bass Lake Road. Report of vehicle leaving gas station without paying for gas May 24. 
  • 9600 block of 63rd Avenue. Report of bottle of alcohol stolen from store. Suspect returned bottle and fled on foot. 
  • 13600 block of Grove Drive. Report of cell phone stolen from store May 25. 16300 block of 96th Avenue. Report of vehicle leaving gas station without paying for gas May 27. 
  • 11200 block of 93rd Avenue. Report of vehicle leaving gas station without paying for gas May 30.   
Burglary
  • 16500 block of 81st Avenue. Report of front door kicked in and residence burglarized May 25. 
  • 9600 block of Zircon Lane. Report of residence burglarized May 25.
Theft from Auto
  • 6200 block of Quinwood Lane. Report of wallet stolen from vehicle. 
  • 12300 block of Main Street. Report of catalytic converter stolen from vehicle May 29.   
Medical
  • 7600 block of Wedgewood Court. Responded to individual having difficulty breathing, officers administered oxygen until transported to hospital by paramedics.   
Damage to Property
  • 89th Place and Zinnia Lane. Report spray paint on walking path in park May 26.
Vandalism
  • 9800 block of Revere Lane. Report of school building being spray painted May 28. 
  • 9800 block of Revere Lane. Report of warming house at park tagged May 28.    
There were 18 property damage and two personal injury traffic accidents reported during this time period.
