Unbelted Minneapolis Man Killed In I-94 Crash: State Patrol
The crash happened just after midnight on Wednesday morning, authorities said.
MINNEAPOLIS — A 32-year-old Minneapolis man who was not wearing a seat belt died in a single-car crash on Interstate 94 early Wednesday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Shawn Conrad Tregoning was driving a Chevrolet Express Van just after 12 a.m. eastbound on I-94. The vehicle left the roadway and went into the left ditch, then rolled multiple times near the exit for Highway 101 in Rogers.
Tregoning died at the scene. It's not clear if alcohol was a factor in the crash, authorities said.
