1. An arrest was made Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of 15-year-old Deshuan Hill. Minneapolis police would not release further details as the investigation is ongoing. (KARE11)

2. The state's COVID-19 positivity dipped below 10 percent this week for the first time since Christmas. Hospitalizations decreased by about 100 cases between Monday and Wednesday, according to the Star Tribune. (Paid source: Star Tribune)
