1. An arrest was made Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of 15-year-old Deshuan Hill. Minneapolis police would not release further details as the investigation is ongoing. (KARE11)

2. The state's COVID-19 positivity dipped below 10 percent this week for the first time since Christmas. Hospitalizations decreased by about 100 cases between Monday and Wednesday, according to the Star Tribune. (Paid source: Star Tribune)

3. A group of state senators is pushing to legalize sports betting in Minnesota, following the lead of neighboring states. A new measure was presented this week for the state to potentially tax revenue generated from sports gambling. (Patch)
