1. A National Weather Service heat advisory continues today in the Twin Cities. It expires at 6 p.m., after temperatures reach up to 97 degrees with dangerous heat indices. (Patch)
2. A Minneapolis woman confronted a group of people protesting the police killing of Andrew Tekle Sundberg outside her apartment complex over the weekend. She said Sundberg "tried to kill me in front of my kids” and that the group's vigil in his memory was “not OK.” (Patch)

3. A busy sports week is ahead for Minnesota teams. The 3M Open is underway in Blaine, with the undefeated Aurora FC headed to a championship this weekend.
