1. Police are searching for a Brooklyn Park man connected to a fatal gas station shooting in Plymouth. Charges filed this week said Daniel James Hart is "a danger to public safety.” Anyone with information is asked to call Plymouth police. (Paid source: Star Tribune)
2. COVID-19 wastewater levels continue to fall in Minnesota, the Star Tribune reports. The St.Paul-based Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant reported a 12 percent decrease in viral levels this week. The data marks the “third straight summertime drop in COVID-19 activity.” (Paid source: Star Tribune)

3. A Minneapolis house flipper just pleaded guilty to “defrauding real estate investors out of more than $3 million,” CBS reports. Suzanne Griffiths falsified documents and used investments for her own expenses. (CBS)
4. The city’s development plan is on pause after Hennepin County Judge Joseph Klein raised environmental concerns about “Minneapolis 2040.” City officials said they plan to appeal the halt. (MPR News)
5. Target announced it will host an extended “Deal Days” sale later this summer. The Minnesota-based retailer will begin the three-day sale on July 11. (BMTN)
