1. A petroleum leak at the University of Minnesota Tuesday led to the evacuation of several campus buildings, CBS reports. Six athletic facilities were evacuated after the leak was detected in a sewer near Fifth and Oak streets. Several campus transit lines halted service and roads were closed. (CBS)

2. Minneapolis police are seeking public help in the search for Carol Ann Swigart. The 71-year-old has been missing since June. (BMTN)
3. A proposed redesign at Hiawatha Golf Course is creating conflict among Minneapolis communities, MPR News reports. The Park Board plan includes reducing the course from 18 holes to nine for flood mitigation and other water issues. (MPR News)
