How did you get into the insurance industry?
I was drawn to the insurance industry when my family suffered a loss and didn't have enough insurance.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping people identify the coverage they need and working to find an insurance company & policy that can fulfill those needs at a competitive price.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
Insurance is meant for big, catastrophic events. I work to educate my clients so they are making informed decisions when determining if they should use their insurance. Knowing when and when not to file a claim, can save a client significant premium dollars in the future.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
It doesn't cost extra and in the end, it can actually end up saving you money by ensuring you have the right coverages and are taking advantage of the best cost savings options on insurance.

What would you tell someone who’s on the fence about getting a personalized insurance policy quote?
There is nothing to lose. You either find a better option than what you currently have or you find out your current coverages are a good fit. Either way, you end up with peace of mind.
What do you like most about the Edina area?
I love all of MN. I'm born and raised in MN. I've lived in Owatonna, St. Cloud, St. Paul, Cottage Grove and I've worked in Woodbury, Apple Valley, Mendota Heights, Edina, etc. Minnesota residents have an appreciation for the outdoors and look out for one another. I've lived in other states and have always known that MN would be 'home.'
What’s your favorite restaurant in the Edina area?
SmackShack is right next door to our office along with Ciao Bella - can't go wrong with either
What’s one hidden gem in the Edina area that everyone should know about?
The walking paths. On a nice day, you can walk anywhere
