1. It’s primary election day in Minnesota! Polls are now open and close at 8 p.m. The ballot includes races for Congress, governor, county sheriff and attorney general. The general election is Nov. 8. (CBS)

2. Three people were charged with helping the Mall of America shooters escape police investigation on a Best Western shuttle bus last week, KSTP reports. "We’re not gonna rest until we lock these two up,” Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges said of the gunmen, who remain at large. (KSTP)
3. Minneapolis police are investigating a homicide at an apartment building near South 10th Street and Nicollet Mall. An arrest has been made in the case but no further details were provided. (KARE11)
4. A downtown penthouse sold this week for almost $7 million, making it the highest-priced condo sale in Minnesota history. The condo at Washburn Lofts is more than 4,000 square feet and was reportedly purchased by former PepsiAmericas CEO Bob Pohlad. (BMTN)
