1. New U.S. Attorney Andrew Luger announced a new federal plan Tuesday to curb crime in the Twin Cities metro area. Luger said carjackings in Minnesota will now be charged as a federal crime, in addition to other violent crimes. (KARE11)
2. The Supreme Court is planning to overturn Roe v. Wade, according to a leaked draft ruling reported by Politico. Abortion would remain legal in Minnesota even if the ruling goes forward. State Democrats voiced their support for abortion rights Tuesday. “Health care decisions should be between a woman and her doctor, not Ted Cruz,” Sen. Amy Klobuchar tweeted. (Patch)

3. Two people were hospitalized Monday night after a house fire in the Prospect Park neighborhood, fire officials said. The fire was reported around 11 p.m. in the 100 block of Cecil Street Southeast. The cause is still being determined. (CBS)
