2. More information is emerging about the events leading up to the police shooting of 20-year-old Andrew Tekle Sundberg in Minneapolis last week. A transcript has been released of Arabella Foss-Yarbrough’s 911 call, telling the dispatcher that Sundberg had shot through her apartment wall, and she feared for her children’s safety. (Patch)
