1. The Minnesota Department of Human Rights released the results of its investigation into the Minneapolis Police Department this week. Launched after the killing of George Floyd, the report said the city and police department engaged "in a pattern or practice of race discrimination" in violation of state law. (Patch)
2. A 14-year-old suspect has been charged with killing 10-year-old Iliana "Lily" Peters in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The Star Tribune reports bail has been set at $1 million for the juvenile suspect. Peters was found dead Monday morning shortly after being reported missing. (Paid source: Star Tribune)

3. Construction season is underway in Minneapolis, and Patch has a list of projects that can be expected this summer. Plans include improvements to a stretch of Hennepin Avenue, Fourth Street and several sections of the Downtown East area. (Patch)
