1. City police are investigating after a shooting was reported Monday morning on the 28th Street ramp to I-35W. Three teens were reportedly injured. The area was shut down between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. for the investigation. (KSTP)

2. A Prior Lake man has been charged with stabbing four young people over the weekend along the Apple River. One person died and three others were hospitalized after being stabbed by Nicolae Miu, who faces first-degree intentional homicide charges. (CBS)
3. The congregation of All Nations Church is remembering leader Rev. Marlene Whiterabbit Helgemo, who died last week at age 75. MPR reports she was the first Native American woman ordained in the Lutheran Church. (MPR News)
4. Miguel Sano is back on the injured list with inflammation in his knee, the Twins announced. Outfielder Max Kepler is also in the 10-day injured list with a fractured toe. (KARE11)
