1. A 32-year-old man was killed in a car crash Saturday while exiting Interstate 94 in Minneapolis. Hangasu A. Jillo was driving on the ramp from westbound I-94 to Washington Avenue when he hit a cement wall. (Patch)
2. Masks are now optional at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport after a federal judge struck down the nationwide transportation mandate. Masks are also optional on Metro Transit. (Patch)

3. The FBI is investigating threats made against Minneapolis City Council over the weekend, KARE11 reports. “My council colleagues deserve to feel safe,” Mayor Jacob Frey said in a statement. (KARE11)
4. The Mayor’s Police Chief Search Committee and other lawmakers are holding listening sessions about the process to find Minneapolis’ next police chief. The first session was held Monday in Folwell Park and the additional four precinct meetings will take place over the next two weeks. (City)
