White House: ICE Arrests MN Man Convicted Of Child Sexual Assault

ST. PAUL, MN — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents based out of St. Paul arrested Cristofer Alexander Ramirez-Olivia, a man convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, the White House said.
The 28-year-old's arrest took place on Jan. 23.
The arrest was part of the daily immigration enforcement reporting from ICE, which included 538 total arrests on Thursday and 373 detainers lodged, authorities said.

Court documents reveal that Ramirez-Olivia was convicted last fall of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a 15-year-old girl. According to authorities, the incident occurred in 2018.

Ramirez-Olivia also has multiple convictions in Dakota County for driving without a license and driving without insurance, dating back to June 2016.
