The City of Oakdale’s annual Touch a Truck event appeals to anyone who is curious about the inside of squad cars, ambulances, fire trucks, snow plows, and other such vehicles. This event provides the perfect opportunity to not only “touch” trucks but also to climb on them, sit in them, and ask questions about them. Walton Park is located at 15th Street and Hadley Avenue. Touch a Truck will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11. Free ice cream. Concessions will be available. No cost to attend.
