It once was a frame shop. Now it sits vacant. Nancy's Frame Shop used to occupy the space at 7161 10th Street in Bergen Plaza, which was constructed in 1989. The space is 1,392 square feet and is leased by the <a href="http://www.inlandrealestate.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Inland Real Estate Corporation</a>. "Every retail shop we lease is put into a new 'vanilla box' condition — new lights, ceiling, paint, carpet, etc.," said Rick Plessner, the vice president of Inland.  Plessner said that some tenants negotiate a Leasehold Improvement Allowance and Inland builds that cost into the lease agreement over a five or 10 year term.
