Prosecutors say he used falsified financial documents and hidden loans to help novice investors secure unaffordable commercial property loans totaling more than $420 million between 2020 and 2022.

Bison football adds Orono state champion defensive end to 2026 recruiting class (inforum.com) — A standout Orono High School defensive end from Plymouth Simon Vinton, has committed to play football for North Dakota State in the 2026 recruiting class. The 6-foot-5 senior helped Orono win its first state title and was Minnesota’s top uncommitted senior, choosing NDSU over several other Division I and Northern Sun offers.
